dirty floor flooded bathroom
the location was acceptable for getting public transport.
the cleanliness was a HUGE issue. the floor had a layer of dust, so my feet quickly turned black after walking barefoot. also, water leaked from the shower, resulting in a flooded bathroom.

clean room tea good breakfast thin wall laminate floor noise
The room was clean and had everything it needed. It had coffee and tea provided, i was charmed. breakfast was very good, i enjoyed the variety of options. the location was near restaurants. It was also near stores and public transport.
The walls felt thin. I could hear the people in the adjoining room. the room had laminate floors. i had to say something to the front desk about the noise. It was not ideal.

helpful staff detailed attention super clean room
i was thrilled by the helpful staff at reception. everyone was so kind. the attention to detail really stood out to me. the room was super clean, which i totally loved!
i found that the room decor seemed outdated. this was a bit disappointing considering the hotel's otherwise high standards. i hope they refresh the rooms soon.

The staff was helpful with directions and transport options. I found a coffee maker and kettle in the room. The room had ample space for luggage and moving around (I appreciated this a lot!). The building felt secure with keycard access at multiple points.
The minibar was not restocked daily.

Staff members were willing to assist with any questions that arose . They provided clear and concise answers regarding local attractions and transport. The reception staff was available 24/7 (this felt reassuring).

The room included a modern bathroom with a spacious shower. There was a mini fridge available for storing drinks and snacks. I liked the availability of toiletries such as shampoo and soap, regularly replenished.
